Today feels like a strange day, one min i have loads of energy the next i just want to sit and do nothing. But i am going to drag myself to the gym. One thing i have noticed this year how working out really can clear your mind body and spirit...
Last night went to the cinema and watched "the joneses" i enjoyed it, better than what i thought and i am a fan of the goddess Demi! one film i would watch again " it's a wonderful afterlife" go and watch...
I have picked an angel card today i thought a bit of spiritual guidance would be good. So we got "Trust" this card tells us when we are feeling blue or lost or confused, to trust things will come good..also to trust in our own self worth which at times we let fall. the card trust does say to every now and again take a few mins to make sure everything is on odrer and you know what you are doing...
so have a great day and trust in what ever you are doing.. Also if paper work is in a mess do get it in order through the month of may...
The colour green is strong around today..make sure you have a healthy plant growing in your home..and play some music you love...and smile (if you can) lol....
