10th Feb

I felt it was time to write my blog once again- I keep getting the word “meditation” I have recently started back doing my meditation. I have noticed how much I had missed it; do we really take any time to completely relax?

I feel for the next couple of years it is time to be mindful of your mind body and spirit, and one way to bring some harmony back is meditation.

I use guided meditation; after I just feel so calm and focussed, it surely does show how out of sorts I am or stressed. Everyone really look in to this area, not only calms the whole body it also awakens our intuition and helps you get back to you. Push your body to hard this year, expect to get a slap back from it. So take time away every now and again and enjoy the wonders that meditation can bring.

Now the card I picked today is the 7 of cups- now what I feel from this card is choices? What is it you really want? What are you doing and where are you going? Are you really happy, the 7 tells me things are on a more deeper/emotional level so you may at times start to question things deeply, which is where this card comes in; do be honest and stop chasing your tail; sometimes it is good to reach for the sky; and stop being put off by other people. Time for a revamp maybe? Make those changes that you keep putting off, stop procrastinating.

So we are slowly getting closer to spring, I have started to notice while out in nature that spring is on its way; at last, this winter has been a total drag. Good time to make these health changes and if you have or are going through a difficult time don’t lose heart, with a change of season comes a change of energy and we will start to smile again.
